What is “Christian communication”?
“Christian communication” is often defined as one of the following:
- Christian communication is communication conducted by Christians
- Christian communication is communication that Christians employ to share the Gospel (evangelistic communication)
- Christian communication is the communication of messages that are in tune with a biblical, Christian worldview
- Christian communication is communication that Christians believe is right, true, and beautiful
- Christian communication is communication that reflects “family values” (We see this one when people talk about “Christian media” as communication.)
I define and address the idea of “Christian communication” in a 12-part video series on YouTube. Click here to view those videos on Christian communication. I take a deep but interesting dive into the aspects of “Christian communication.”
Also, consider how I look at “Christian communication” as “servant communication”—serving God and neighbor as self. It includes being grateful communicators!
